I have internal drive that keeps me motivated to achieve the goals. I am inspired to do my best even in times of difficulties and to complete some of the tasks or assignments that look impossible. My dreams and visions may seem too high or grand to reach but I strive towards attaining them. Although challenging, they are able to provoke me to take bold steps forward in personal life and career. Besides, I am always ready for self-improvement, especially when experienced failures in the past, and know the strengths that contribute to my personal and career development. My strengths are self-belief and big ambitions. These have been the key pillars and drivers to my success.
