It’s been a while i have been chasing you, but just as I somehow reach your fingertip,
you end up being 10 miles away from me.
Is it the way I look or the way I talk?
Or is it because the way I am, a total mess?
I have tried my best to make you smile.
Those coffees, gifted flowers.
Those warm hugs and calls at late night hours.
But, i was still not loved.
May be to you, I am just a friend,
with no intimacy and no expectations.
