बरसे रंग नीले पीले, लाल, गुलाल; पर काया मोरी, रह गई कोरी कि कोरी

तुझ बिन होली नहीं भाये, कौन करे ठिठोली , न कोई करे मुझसे बरजोरी

मोहन, तरस गई है अखियान मोरी, और रातो की नींदे भी तूने कर ली चोरी

अब रंग न भाये मोहे, न भावे साज- श्रंगार , मांग मोरी सुनी है, और कलाई कोरी

खेलना तू मस्ती में आज, तेरे मथुरा में होली, क्युकी आयेगी न वहां अब ब्रिजवासीयो की टोली !

On this holy day of Mehrangan, a pink, plump, pretty princess, unto this family was born

Hungry you were, when you were born; soon after a LSCS done was, early in the morn

Flooded with sooooo many memories I am, with overwhelming emotions I am torn

Princess, at 15, a little Mom you have become, only her apron you haven't worn.

SHADOW

Your name should have been SHADOW, not Roxy; for follow me You, everywhere

Even in the middle of the night, your head bobs up, if sit up I; oh so much for me you care!

Taki n you, both with me wish to play, and at times, you'll can't with each other, me share

Then fight you each other over me, or a toy, that's when to interfere, I just don't dare

Shadow, when arrived you, looked you, like a toy doggie, n you, "Buttons", I called, my lady fair

Feel very bad, when you longingly look at me n my food with you, I cannot share

Also a little annoying it is when over me, Taku n you jumping keep, n me hurt; that pain I cannot bear .

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY

Taught us to care n love one and all, this great saint

Sadly today, only lovers n couples, red hearts paint

Red roses 🌹 they gift to their lover; whilst the saint's endeavour has now turned faint

Along with being lovers great, let's also good humans become.

Let's all endeavour, to do big or however small, good deeds some

Tiny useful deeds like helping elderly grandparents or a Dad or Mum

Can we, to a hungry man or animal, some food n water give

Let's help someone, with our deeds good, to a better life live

Ways there are millions; please share them, when you a new idea conceive.
