There was painful silence and Kasamaria was trying to understand what Silavalavo was thinking by looking at his face. Her heart beat increased and suddenly felt she drained all of her strength thinking what if he denied her proposal? It was not just losing his money to someone else but losing her character also by expressing herself so to him. Why she has taken the decision to express herself so to him without thinking into this matter much?
“From the moment I saw you, my heart is with full of envy towards my brother that he has got a beautiful like you. Even my wife was so much loyal to me, she was not as much beautiful as you are.” She heard those words suddenly like that from him while struggling in herself with all the disturbing thoughts.
“That means......” her heart filled with happeines on hearin ghtat and she tried to say something but did not know what to say.
“I never have thought that my brother would be this much generous to share his wife also with me. Once my brother himself and yourself prepared in this way, I just see no reason to deny this proposal.”
“Wonderful! It is indeed wonderful!” the sudden brightening expression in her face then was indicating the happy feeling in her heart then but her face suddenly became serious. “But you have to make a promise to me that you should not go to that Vesavaviri or any other woman for it. If you don’t keep that promise, this service would be off forever.”
“Once a beautiful woman like you comes forward, why do I go to that Vesavaviri or any other woman? Moreover, that Vesavaviri is just like a piece of flesh I am dealing with. No feeling and all conservative type. But she is the only woman available in this Obbera village.”
“That will be not so from me, I promise.” What really instigated she did not know but she went near to him, put her both hands around his neck and kissed on his right cheek straight. “You can have me in the way you want. I don’t restrict you anywhere.”
“Then the deal is okay. Not just some more money, you people are going to have what all I earned in abroad.” He kissed straight on her lips but suddenly a serious expression came into his wife. “It is not so. It is not so.” He relieved from her hands suddenly and moved away.
“What’s happened? What is really troubling now?” she just could not understand what really that suddenly started troubling him just at the moment everything was in her way.
“You have to do something more. If you agree to it, I would give my last penny also so happily to you and your husband.” He slumped on the bed and said still looking at Kasamaria.
“If it is something in my power, I don’t deny.” Kasamaria came near to him and slumped beside him on the bed. “Just tell me what it is?”
“You have to bear my baby in your stomach” he said straight. “You just don’t know how much I wish to have my own baby. If you agree to have my baby through you , I have no objection to what you have said.”
Kasamaria did not expect this at all and that indeed put her into thinking. Frowns gathered on her forehead while she was thinking deeply chewing her lip between her teeth-frames.
“Have you been operated not to have children? Is that why you are thinking this much?” suddenly there was a disappointing expression in his face.
“Its not so.” Kasamaria laughed loudly. “We are just contemplating it but I have not operated yet. He is presently having the glove to his thing to prevent the children.”
“Then it is indeed nice!” he nodded his head with a satisfying expression in his face. “Do you have any objection to this?”
“But what we can say about the world? How at any time you can say that you have the child through me, through your brother’s wife?” once again frowns gathered on the forehead of Kasamaria.
“The satisfaction that I also do have child is enough to me. I need not proclaim to the world that it is my child.” Silavalavo laughed. “In fact I don’t like responsibilities and relationships much. I married mostly to satisfy my sexual urge through a legitimate way and death of my wife like that was in fact relived me and relaxed me. But lately I am feeling too much to have something of mine in this world without responsibilities and without botheration.”
“I can understand you but this is indeed unexpected! What your brother would say to it I just don’t know.” Kasamaria said covering Silavalavo’s face in her gaze.
“Then discuss it with my brother and come to me only if he agrees to it. If he does not agree to this proposal, the deal is completely off and you forget that even you mention it to me.” Silavalavo’s voice was firm.
“There is no necessity to have any more discussion about this with your brother” Kasamaria laughed and it was just like she has come to a decision. “Come and have it with me now. I am ready to have your child in me and I am hundred percent sure that I can make your brother agree to it.” She went so near to him, put her hand around his neck once again and he put his right hand on her mouth preventing her from kissing him. “One more condition! You have to hear it and agree to it before we advance ourselves in this.”
“What are the other bloody conditions let me know first!” she became impatient as suddenly she found herself with desire. After the birth of the boy to them, it was just like her husband lost all his appetite in sex and the sexual intercourse between them was only for every fifteen days or so that too only at her insistence! It was just like that she has got a way to satisfy herself besides getting his money also.
“Until my baby takes birth through you, you should not let him fuck you. He may go to any other woman he wants, I give the money for that if he needs, but he should not fuck you. It is just because I want an assurance hundred percent that it is my baby but not his.”

“Okay then. Everything is set.” Then it was he who hugged her strongly and filled her face with feverish kisses. Then he slowly laid her on the bed, made himself on the top of her and kissed straight on the lips of her.
“You are indeed lucky!” while he was releasing the hooks of her blouse to free her rotund big breasts, she said.
“Why?” without stopping what he was doing, Silavalavo asked.
“I got my periods one week back and there was no fucking between me and your brother. If I become pregnant now, it shall be hundred percent your child.”

Time was going by just like that and one year or so passed after Charakka came to the house of Mavamavayi. There were customers for Vesavaviri all the time but the money they were earning was not much! Sometimes Mavamavayi arranging the offerings of pregnant women to Amsara but that also did not help much to him to earn more money.
As the things stood like that on one day Okatho became woman. As she came to know what it was becoming a woman from Charakka, she did not feel surprise! Her mother found her in blood, understood the matter, immediately cleaned the same and made her dressed afresh.
“You became a woman now and blood comes like this for few days. Don’t go out and don’t let anyone know that you are a woman now.”
Okatho could understand the apprehension in her mother then. In the last few days she could understand many a thing especially from Charakka. If the men especially those who came to her mother for that knew that she became a woman, they would not leave her until she has it with them. Her mother’s main intention was never let her daughters to lead a life like that. As promised, Okatho did not say that to anyone else but could not remain saying that to her sister Evalla and Charakka.
“Now you are a woman” on that day Okatho and Evalla were on the bank of that river and Evalla said to Okatho. “How you are feeling as a woman?”
“What is there to feel in it?” Okatho knitted her brows together. “I am feeling in the same way as I felt when I was not a woman.”
