After my post graduation, a Nair boy from Palakkad came to see me who was said to be working in Dubai as an engineer on contract.His parents looked very familiar.The 'boy' told me that he knew a 'relative' lady in Palakkad who is also like me.So I told him why not he marry her as he knew him from childhood.After 10 or 15 minutes they went away and never gave a reply.But before they went his mother told us that one of their relative girl is staying in my neighbourhood, whether I knew them and my mother told me to go inside the house,it was in the year 2000.When they went,I peeped through the window to see Gracy teacher talking to them .She was seen asking them " Are we meeting for the first time?hi hi" and she put her hands on the boy's mother's hand. In the year 2001,a news about santhosh madhavan' s engagement fixed with a Nair lady in Palakkad was shown through the television.It was first investigated by the Surya TV news channel,panikkers lane,sasthamangalam, Trivandrum.The reporters were walking late evening through a lane/ pavement toward santhosh madhavan's house in ernakulam district as they said where a lady was staying secretly with his fiancee.The lady had informed this to a man named Hari.But Santhosh Madhavan's house was not shared with the viewers.The next day,the two television channels went to a remote house in Palakkad where as they said Santhosh Madhavan's fiancee was staying alone,as they claimed.The door was opened by her mother and a very tall pretty lady with thick black curly hairs was hiding behind the door.On seeing this through the television,my brother put his two hands on his head and was cursing someone,whom I thought was either me or my cousin sister Manjula chechi.My father went into the pooja room and was laughing ' ha,ha,I am a mantravadi ' etc.My mother told that it was manju who played this trick, although she was genuine toward her family. Later the news was withdrawn by the news channels -surya tv and asianet, the only two prime private tv channels available in kerala.Although the news was fake,she had to face several problems in her life in young stage itself.She never had any relatives in Ernakulam district.Later she became an accomplished professional in the educational field with many high qualification and earning covetable income.She married a handsome Nair boy with similar job.The property acquired by santosh madhavan was shared by a congress politician and his helper Santhosh was put in prison for spoiling two minor girls, as if they were trying to help people.Later it was heard that this congress politician's brother who is a bank officer was involved in a cheating case trying to help a government school teacher get transfer to her husband's place.But her life was spoiled by him.His another brother was involved in corruption charges and fight.His sister was married to a Christian family and later all their relatives were forced to marry from Nair caste.May be I am wrong,I wish it is so.Only aluminis of Mar Ivanios College, Trivandrum knew the real truth for sure.
