#ગદરોભાગ 1 વાવના પગથિયે પનઘટના ગીતગામને પાદરે આવેલી એ સૈકા જૂની વાવ એટલે ગામનું હૃદય. પથ્થરો પર કોતરાયેલી શિલ્પકલા અને ઊંડા ઉતરેલા પગથિયાં હજારો વાતો સંઘરીને બેઠા હતા. બપોર ઢળવા આવે એટલે ગામની પનિહારીઓનો કલરવ વાવના ગોખલાઓમાં ગુંજવા માંડતો.સજુબા રોજ સાંજે નિયમ પ્રમાણે વાવના ઉપલા પગથિયે આવીને બેસતા. ઉંમરના હિસાબે હવે માથે બેડાં ઉપડાતા નહીં, પણ વાવની એ ભીની માટીની સુગંધ અને બેડાંના રણકાર વગર એમનો દિવસ આથમતો નહીં."એલી સજુ, તારું બેડું તો જો, કાચ જેવું ચળકે છે!" સજુબાએ નીચે ઉતરતી જુવાનજોધ સજુને ટકોર કરી.સજુ ખડખડાટ હસી પડી, "બા, આ તો ગદરાની માટીથી માંજીને લાવી છું. નદીએ ગઈ’તી તે કાળી
