The following are my personal feelings and opinions:
It is unfortunately true that some 'tuning' has gone wrong, in many parts of the world; especially in the recent past in Afghanistan; wherein the tuning (the rythm of the self with the most popular notion of kindness, that is accepted by all the religions) has been greatly de-synchronised; and the perpetrators of the crime against their own women do not seem to have any basic concept of mothers, wives, sisters, and daughters; and the importance and value of these ladies in their own societies.
