Yesternight, I saw Sadhvi Pragyaji’s interview in Aap Ki Adaalat (India TV channel) .... Oh God !!! Such cruel, inhumane tortures to a lady and that too a Sanyasini !!! I felt deeply anguished, disappointed, disgusted, pained and agonised at her revelations. If a member of the team that tortured her happens to be a martyr now, and she expresses her anguish towards him with reference to the wrongdoings towards herself, her expression is in no way an insult to the martyr or his martyrdom. It was her expression of agony towards a misled police officer who, along with his team, forgot humanness in his madness to make her say or accept or do something that was not done and was against her conscience and principles. With due respect to the Martyr and his martyrdom, why should the freedom of expression of a lady - and that too a Sanyasini, who has devoted her life to the path of Absolute Truth and who is pouring out her pain regarding the inhumane injustice done to her, be supressed with such arrogance and hatred ??!! What is the state of Value systems in the political and social environment of our country ??!! Ruthless words, supressed and agonised silences, nasty, disheartening blame games all around .... ??!! How long, how far ??!! Arise, Awake, India, for good, for justice, for peace !!! ????????
