Best way to deal with it is keeping all the negativity 2 feet apart. You can't stop everyone around you from speaking ill but you should not let any rotten thought sink in. And it will happen if you keep track and remind yourself of every positive aspect of your journey. You can become the best version of yourself yet people will find fault in you and if you will start seeing yourself from their eyes, you will never be good enough even for your own self. Treat yourself with the respect that you expect from others. Celebrate your every small achievement. Give yourself a compliment for your skills and accept your unique self. Don't be harsh on yourself. Stop punishing yourself for the things you never did, and forgive yourself for mistakes you did in the past.
