ભૂતકાળ

કોઈ પૂછે તો કહું. ભૂતકાળ મને ગમે છે.
માતા યશોદાના હાથનું માખણ ગમે છે.
સ્વર્ગથી રૂપાળું એ મારું વૃંદાવન ગમે છે.
એ નદી તળાવને ચરતી ગૌમાતા ગમે છે.
કોઈ પૂછે તો કહું. ભૂતકાળ મને ગમે છે.
વર્તમાન તો આપે છે ભવિષ્યની ચિંતા..
આનંદ આપનારં ભૂતકાળ મને ગમે છે.
ભલે રહ્યો હજારો દાસીઓ વચ્ચે હું,
મને તો હજી રાધાનો સથવારો ગમે છે.
