The Harsh Truth

HUMAN BEHAVIOUR

Hatred, anger, glowing red eyes, filled with jealousy, and,
a small innocent face,
vigorously pleading for mercy.

Whether you are in trouble, oryou are killed, who matters..??
just you hear around you,
the cunning sound of laughter.

There will be noone to ' salaam ' you,on the street, because,
you have got a nickname,
' The person who achieved defeat '.

They criticize, tease, and of you, they make more fun,
which makes you think,
what a great sin have I done...

Why!! Why!! The world behaves,in such a disgraceful way,
I think, it has lost its,
shame and manners, I must say...

The world's taunting behaviour is,leading someone in depression,
Why!? Why!? You are unknown to,
the words of kind and compassion.

Gandhi, Jesus, Buddha, why don't YOU reborn again,
save that innocent face, from this world,
filled with anguish and pain...

Bang, shoot or kill yourself, but, this world won't improve,
I think to understand my feelings,

there are left, only few..

People act, according to the situations,

you are passing through,

for, such is the unforgivable behaviour,

of the world, all around you...

" This world is too be understood from, and not to be criticized for." As I enter into the first year of my engineering, people here are down, not because of less marks or grades, but just because of lack of hope. People advise to do this and that, but noone instills that there is hope, even after failure. There can be a smile after tears, there are soft petals after many thorns. Half the battles are lost because of lack of faith in ourselves, and the remaining are not let won by the outside world. Competition should be a barrier so as to bring the best in an individual, instead, it brings the worst in him. I feel competition is like a 'sweet poison', it kills by the time you know about it.

I feel, elders have shown us a way to be strong, but, the way to stay strong, was left out by them. Going into a depression has become a norm with many. Going into it, isn't bad, but staying in, it really is. Some blame their situations, some their parents, some their life, and, some even GOD. I had a similar situation, where I was confused on what to do in this life. This poem above wasn't by me, but, by my confused mind, who wasn't able to realise the purpose of this life. Then I realised, confusion isn't a state of our mind, its the absence of clear thoughts, choices which manipulates our mind.

The only way out of this is to understand ourselves. We need to understand our abilities and capabilities, and, turn them into realities. I hope this poem or this post of mine does something good to you. I have realised that, people love others, but they fail to love themselves. Love yourself, befriend yourself, and, do the same to others. Believe me, ' Life Is Beautiful ', not because I see it, and you don't, it's just because that, I intend to see it. I was running behind happiness, just when I realised, that its in me. Some secrets are in us, we just have to see them. Some flowers are already beautiful, we just have to bloom them.We don’t always need to see a rainbow, so as to admire its beauty. We just need to look inside us and appreciate the colours we have been a part of. People around you, they are always going to whisper, talk, chat about you, but it’s on you whether to hit them back by showing your potential or to get drowned in their taunts. The audience will always need a performance to talk about because its in their nature, but it’s on us to make them wonder about how great our act was. ‘For winning, you don’t need to beat your opponent, but you need to outdo yourself and success will be yours.’ We all lose, but after that we do not need to take down our life, life is precious and when time comes it will be gracious towards you. But for that we all need to fight for ourselves, wait for the storm to pass by and keep our dream alive in our prayers. So, I request everyone to not to taunt anyone on their faults and to not to fall for others’ taunts. We all are heroes of our life, we just need to direct ourselves because we make the perfect cast for the film. I had written the above poem when I was in my ninth grade, when my mind, me ,my heart ,my brain were all growing up amongst the chaos around myself. The entire myself found it difficult to adjust and adapt according to the surroundings. I made mistakes in that process, some blunders too which I shall regret in my life, but in the end I realized our life is more then this mess we are in. I cried upon the injustice inflicted on me, I rose everytime to help the needy, I convinced myself to buckle up and fight against the odds, but then I learned that, inorder to survive I don’t need to have contacts for supporting me, but I need relations to strengthen my support. I cried but I smiled happily, I wailed but I laughed gleefully, I shouted but I admired silence quietfully, I accused but I forgived instantly and I hated but I loved eventually. This principles helped me to come out of that mess, that chaos which tortured me and this goodwills improved me to rise as a better human being. And when I write this, I feel I have earned respect for myself, from myself and I shall be happy if ever this helps you to earn the same love for yourself too.

So guys, have fun, smile, laugh, cry, study hard, but party harder. I thank my God, followers, friends, parents and everyone for your outstanding support. Meet you guys later, with another poem of mine, loaded with new experiences of my life. Till then, you all, take care....bye...
