This m- much m-money!?
Even in her thoughts words comes out breaking apart, trembling and cracked! The pen fell from her hand onto the bed and the diary slips off her hand as she left completely paralyzed by the amount she just saw after counting ...
"If i add the remaining ¥60,000 in it, its means that-
There were total ¥200,000 in t-that envelope!?"
She stands up once again, her whole body from the tip of her body to her toe everything is shaking so violently in fear and shock. She paces around the room, clenching her hand over her chest to calm her pounding heart. The continuous noise of spinning fan on the ceiling echoes in that tiny small.
"Was that a mistake?
"Did master gave me a wrong envelope!"
"I- I think I should return it to him-"
She stops and then glances at the money sitting on the bed then suddenly like a second thought interrupted, she was about to go forward and pick up the extra money and rush back towards him to give him back but she stopped!
Her hands can't move its just lingers in the air, her heart wants to do what she just thought but ...
If i have this much money, wouldn't its gonna solve all of my problems!?
She gasp suddenly and immediately pulls her hand back!
"Wait! Wait! Wait!"
"What am I even thinking..."
"No- No- No I can't do that..."
She cups both of her cheeks with her hands and sits on the floor, her dress touches the ground and because its a little longer than her actual height it covers around the surrounding area like a dome!
Her golden blond hair swirls violently as she slaps on her own cheeks gently again and again...
Her dress that is made out of clean white smooth clothing material with blue leash on the corner drags across the ground. She then leans back onto ground, her right hand rests on her chest and the left hand stays on the ground as she lays on the ground...
"Ughhh!"
"How can I think about something like this!?"
"Master gave me my last month's salary without my request and acknowledge and here I am ..."
She throws her both hand and legs in the air wide open and then puts them back down...
Her eyes that has a very unique paranoma of red iris and soft and glossy pink lips that she bites in panic while thinking about going back to him and ask him about this!
The floor is cold and despite there aren't any carpet on the floor like his room, its still so neat and and clean!
She sits back up and adjusted her hair with her right hand and then her bow tie on her neck.
Then suddenly she hears a sudden screech noise from the hallway, her eyes widens and her senses immediately kicks in as she quickly gets up from the ground and walks towards the door.
The clock in her room which is hanged on the right wall of her room shows the time 7 : 23 pm ... Its past evening and weather outside keeps getting worse and worse, the gurgle of clouds and lightning bolt keeps getting louder and louder ...
Her steps is calm yet her heartbeat was high, she opens the door slowly and peeks through a tiny crack and saw him standing at the front door, wearing his shoes and preparing to go.
Where could master possibly be going at this time!?
She opens the door gently and steps outside, she didn't even closed the door of her room fully and tip toes behind him while he is busy wearing shoe.
As soon he done wearing his shoes, he leans down to pick up his suitcase and saw yomi who comes out of nowhere, standing right behind him with a umbrella in her hand.
He glares at her only once but as soon he picks up his suitcase he takes a long tip hat he always wears from a nearby stand and puts it on his head.
She tried to stop herself but before she even realised words escapes her mouth...
"M- Master, are you going to office?" She asks and at her sudden concern he glances at her but didn't say anything. Her eyes widens as he looks directly at her. Yomi's grips tightens around the umbrella and her eyes shuts tightly and she took a long deep breath and right that she screams at once...
"T- There's a very heavy thunderstorm out there" "You s- should take this umbrella with you!" She said to him and offers the umbrella to him she is holding, Her tone was more like she is yelling at him, even her words were trembling and unsure she managed to say it out fully for the first time!
She never dared to talk to him like this ever before but for a moment she didn't saw him as her master anymore but a person she (Care) about. But right after this she realized had done!
Wait!
What I am doing!?
Even she can't believe that what she just said...
The moment she proceeded her own words and tried to hold her scream out of embarrassment and shame ... Her face turned bright red by the nervousness.
This was the first time she ever dared to talk to him openly and even tell him to do something other than just taking orders from him.
Meanwhile He didn't even said anything to it but kept staring at her for a moment with those tired and sleepy eyes and that gaze was something which makes her even more nervous.
Is he gonna be mad at me for telling him what to do ...
She is not even looking up at him and holding that umbrella infront of him and looking at the floor like the umbrella weight so much.
I- I think i shouldn't said that!
She closes her eyes in embarrassment and her both hands clenches onto the umbrella so tightly it made a creek noise then suddenly...
"Okay!" A voice came and suddenly he took the umbrella from her. Her eyes opens wide at her voice and when she finnally looks up, she can't believe what she saw! He actually took the umbrella from her hand and taking his hats off. The fact that he actually listened to her is a seperate thing but the thing made her shocked was that he didn't even tell at her as she was expecting!
He takes off his hat and hands over it to her and she immediately brings her hands forward to caught it while staring at her with widely open eyes, which is not even blinking anymore!
She stands there with her mouth open, she is shocked that the person she feared until now didn't even resisted her, not even once! As he opens the lock of the umbrella gently with his left hand and then without saying anything or even looking at her he turns around and opens the door.
As the door opens heavy rain shower starts coming through the doorway, the puddles on the road and flowing water on the ground can be seen everywhere. The floor near the door starts getting wet and he steps ahead and bring his hand forward while holding umbrella to open it.
He presses the trigger and the umbrella opens, he swifts the suitcase he is holding on his right to his left and holds the umbrella in his right hand close to his left side of chest as he steps outside with no hesitation despite the heavy rain.
The door clicks shuts behind him as he disappears infront of her eyes while she kept staring at the closed door for a moment.
Master!?
A plea escapes from her mouth which she kept trying to stop.
After few moments she looks down at the hat he handed her over and her fingers tightens around it...
For the first time she wanted to stop him, to tell him not to go! But she can't get enough to confidence to say it out loud but right after he went out, her heart started aching...
What...
What is this strange emptiness!
He pulls the hat of his closer to chest, her heart trying to resist the fact that he is gone now...

2 hours later...
She is sitting on her bed and staring at the clock on the wall as it ticks and shows the time 9 : 13 pm ... Suddenly another loud noise of lightning and whole room lit up for a split second, the whole house is so silent that the only thing that she can hear is the noise of rain outside and the clock ticking slowly inside.
Why master didn't came back yet!
Its already past the time he go to bed...
The envelope sits on the bed side table and the diary with a pen on it sits just beside it ... His room is dark with only one light bulb hanging on the ceiling in the middle which flickers everytime a spike of electricity cutout comes cause of the thunderstorm.
She suddenly gets up from the bed and walks up to the window and slides the curtains to take a look outside ...
The rain is still very heavy and the cloud keep gurgling showing no sign of stopping, the worry is clearly visible on her face as he stares at the empty street and try to catch a glimpse of him coming back home but found nothing!
She frowns and when her gaze went on her own reflection on the window's and saw her own face which looks so different than usual! She stares at her own reflection on the glass for a moment then she steps away from the window and started pacing around in her room.
"Master never stay outside this late at night, i wonder if everything is fine..."
As she was thinking, she heard a knock on the front door and her whole body's senses narrowed to it immediately. She turns around and rushed towards the door but trips over her own dress and fell onto the ground. She looks up at the door and without thinking twice she gets up from the ground and rushed towards the door.
As she grabs the handle and smacks the door wide open causing it to smash into the wall behind and with a thud noise she steps outside her room and stumbled onto the wall right infront of the door!
And then suddenly her dress catches into the handle of the door...
She turns around and looks at the door and then hears another knock on the front door and then without thinking twice completely ignoring the fact her dress got stuck on the handle she pulls herself hard enough that it ripped the right corner of her dress...
Her hair moves violently and covers her right eyes as she somehow made it to the front door and opens it wide...
"Master!" She screams as she opens the door and saw him standing outside. Completely fine and like nothing even happened.
"Master, you're back!" Her entire mood changed as soon as she saw him.
He stares at her for a moment, at her ripped dress, messy hair and slight red mark on the left side of forehead with absolutely no expression.
"Didn't you sleep?"
"Huh" she snaps out of her happiness at his question and then she realised that she became way too casual with him just now!
"Ugh... I- I thought you will need my help after you come back s- so i waited for you-"
She immediately steps back and down her gaze to the ground and clasp both of her hand on her waist.
He kept looking at her while she stands there looking at the ground. His face was serious and cold like usual... His eyes were barely open and his shoulder were quite down too.
He places the wet umbrella down at the corner of the wall and takes off his shoes.
"You can go and sleep now"
"I don't need anything!"
He says as he glances at her once more before starting walking around her to his room, she noticed a strange change in his voice! It was little deep and rough unlike everytime.
But she couldn't able to say anything about it since she already did way too much...
"U- Understood!" She replied with a bit loud tone this time while looking at the ground. As he walks into his room and shuts the door behind him gently.
She sighs and turns around to glance at his room.
I went too far i think...
She places her left on her forehead as she gently rubs over the left side of the forehead where she bumped into the wall and started walking back to her room.
The part of her dress which got ripped just now hangs and remains unnotice, as she reaches at her room and took a look glance at his room before entering her room as her shoulders goes down a bit and she walks into her room and closes the door.

The faint smell of the wet ground and the constant noise of rain fills the room which yomi is finnally resting in.
The light flickers as she walks towards her bed and sets the necklace on the bedside table, its past the time she usually go to bed but after 9 : 30 pm, she changed into the night dress she always wears while sleeping and sits on the edge of her bed.
She picks up her maid dress and turns it upside down to check the ripped part...
Oh! This is gonna cost me a lot!
She glances at the envelope sitting on the right side of bed with all the money inside.
She places her dress aside and leans towards the envelope to pick it up. Her eyes narrows as she clenches the envelope tightly in her hand and stares at it for a moment...
"I am gonna ask master about this tommorow!"
"If it was a mistake i should tell him-" she says with a light of determination in her eyes...
But then her expression softens and she glances at her dress on her left...
But this was the last set of the dress I have!
She blinks twice and shakes her head while resisting and puts the envelope back down on the table...
"But it doesn't mean i am gonna steal money from my master!" She picks up her dress and takes it to her wardrobe. The wooden wardrobe in the right corner of her room specifically for her to let her store her personal stuff!
She opens the wardrobe and hangs her dress on the hanger in the left corner! There were a few sets of clothes to change as well hanging in the right!
Suddenly she heard a strange noise from the hallway, she closes the wardrobe and walks towards the door! She opens the door gently making sure not to make much noise and takes a peek through the crack and saw him doing something in the kitchen!
Master? He opens the door a bit more take a good look what is he actually doing and she dramatically narrows her eyes! He saw him taking a cup from the storage, the rattle of cups echoes around in the quite house as he turns around and while he is walking back to his room!
She saw also saw a spoon in his left hand! She kept staring at him as she walks back to his room... His steps were trembling and very slow ... which she noticed too.
Master...
He tilts her head even more while leaning onto the door to see him a bit more as he walks straight into his room and closes the door behind!
She watches him as he closes his room's door and then complete silence appears, she steps back from the door and closes it gently.
Is master going to stay awake again?
She glances at the clock and saw its past 9 : 36 pm which is already late...
She places a hand on her chest as her heart started ponding already. After seeing him so tired and unwell yet still planning to stay up whole night again and work!
She stands behind the door staring at the ground and thinking about him while cleaning the fabric of white colour t-shirt with long sleeves and matching colours shorts that barely covers her knees.
"I think, i should check upon him-" She turns around and grabs the handle of the door open it go but then...
She stopped!
Her gaze softens and she realized that she is being way too casual with him right now!
She bites her lips out of nervousness as her hand slips from the handle of the door as she turns around and leans against the door.
I think i should not bother him anymore!
She stares at the ground and the envelope far away sitting on the bed as she sighs and closes her eyes while smiling...
I don't think master will like a married women being so concerned about him!
Her smiles disappear eventually because that was a forced one... she can feel the seer pain in her heart clearly which she is trying so hard to resist!
She clenches her fist tightly and walks back to her bed and sits on the edge of the bed. She places her both hand on her lap and stares at the nothingness.
Then suddenly she shakes her head right to left and then lays down on the bed and curls her body into a small one by tucking both of her hands between her chest and bending her knees to her chest. Another loud noise of thunder and whole room lits up for a split second.
As her heart keep ponding, sweat covering her forehead and eyes twitching while she tries to sleep by closing her eyes tightly.
She then opens her eyes finnally and then gets up just to pull the blanket over her head! The bed creaks as she sinks into the pillow and warps the blanket all over herself.
Her hands kept holding onto the blanket for a moment, when her grip finnally loses slowly and a hitching in her breath escape her lips!
