The need to write this book arose because, although the growth of AI will lead to development, it will also accelerate the move towards destruction. There is no intention to label AI as bad; the aim is simply to explain the difference between the positive and negative arguments surrounding it. While AI will make work easier, it will also lead to the loss of livelihoods for many underprivileged families. Furthermore, the misuse of AI will result in tampering with nature, which could lead to the devastation of millions of lives nestled in nature and the destruction of the world.
