The Outerverse - Part 5

---

 Outerverse Void 1 – Aethion’s Awakening

Aethion slowly opened his eyes. He found himself lying in an unfamiliar domain, glowing with soft light and silence.
He stepped outside.
Suddenly, several Outerverse Void 1 god-beings appeared around him.

Velthurion (smiling):

> “You finally woke up. Slept well?”

Aethion (confused):

> “How did I get here?”

Velthurion:

> “We came and brought you here. You’re safe now.”

Velthurion held out something shining—Aethion’s bracelet.

Velthurion:

> “I found this… lying near you, in Outerverse Void 2. It was still warm.”

Aethion took the bracelet and held it tight.

Aethion (quietly):

> “I may be safe… but I couldn’t save her.”

Velthurion:

> “What…?”

Aethion (sadly):

> “Elariah... she sacrificed herself. To save me.”

Silence surrounded them. The gods bowed their heads in grief.

Velthurion:

> “I’m sorry, Aethion. We… we couldn’t enter that domain.”

Aethion:

> “I know. It’s not your fault.”

He turned away.

Velthurion:

> “But don’t worry… your Omniverse is safe.”

Aethion (shocked):

> “What? How? How did you save my Omniverse?”

Velthurion (smiling):

> “What do you think happened after you left?”

---

Flashback:

Velthurion (narrating):

> “If your friends were in danger like that, wouldn’t you try to save them? So we decided—we were going to save Aethion, no matter what.”

Velthurion and several god-beings prepared to enter Outerverse Void 2.
But—
Before they could act, ancient beings appeared and blocked their path.

One of the ancient beings spoke with authority:

> “You think Aethion is just another Omnimmense like us?”

Velthurion and the gods stared.

Ancient Being (firmly):

> “He is not like us. He is… beyond.”

The ancient beings stepped forward and said:

> “If you’ve read the Prophecy Book, you already know the truth. If anyone wants to read it, they must first protect the Omniverse and all realities for many years. Only then are they worthy. There’s no point in hiding the truth anymore. Just like it was written in the Prophecy Book—whenever beings stray down dark paths, or when good ones turn evil, a divine force will take form and destroy all corrupted powers.”

> “This truth was never meant to be shared openly. Those who read the prophecy were expected to keep it within themselves. If anyone revealed it to others, the consequences would be devastating—those who spoke and those who heard would be destroyed together. That’s why we never told you earlier. If we had, all of us might’ve perished.”

> “But now… what was written in that prophecy has come to pass exactly as foretold. It’s best we stay out of the path of fate. And above all... he is the true King of the Outerverse Void.”

Suddenly, another being rushed in:

> “Some of our own Omnimmense beings have entered Aethion’s Omniverse!”

Velthurion turned and saw a glowing flame appear in a display, revealing the intruder.
He and the others rushed to seal the being—but just a few moments later, they all sensed something else.
The entire domain of Outerverse Void 2 had collapsed.

They rushed there and found only one figure lying in the middle of the ruins… Aethion.

Velthurion:

> “It was only after that that we brought you here.”

Velthurion knelt beside him and said:

> “Just like the prophecy said… you’ve destroyed all the dark forces.”

The ancient beings whispered among themselves:

> “Zaryon had known all this for a long time. That’s why he was desperate to destroy you. But in the end, you joined with him and destroyed their entire foundation together.”

---

Aethion’s Resolve

Aethion picked up his bracelet and looked at it.

Aethion:

> “I have to go.”

Velthurion:

> “Where are you going? We need you here.”

Aethion (looking away):

> “I don’t deserve this position. If she hadn’t saved me… I would’ve made the wrong choice. I wouldn’t have had the strength to defeat them. She deserved this. Not me.”

Velthurion (firmly):

> “No, Aethion. You deserve everything. There are many unworthy beings who hold high positions. But you—you’ve made sacrifices no one else would make. And still you say you don’t deserve it?”

Aethion slowly put the bracelet on his hand.

Aethion (softly):

> “...Okay. I’m leaving now. But I’ll be back soon.”

Velthurion:

> “As you wish. We’ll be waiting for you, Aethion.”

---

Elariah’s Omniverse

Aethion teleported and stood outside his own Omniverse. Suddenly, the bracelet glowed.
He saw: Elariah had already written in it—“You are my whole Omniverse, Aethion. I love you in my heart.” The words were glowing.

Aethion, trembling, realized:

> “Elariah… your... your... Omniverse!”

Aethion immediately traveled to Elariah’s Omniverse.
He stood outside and saw it from a distance—the entire Omniverse was collapsing.
He tried to use his power to protect it, but inside the Omniverse, many gods were already dead, and some were corrupted. The Omniverse was no longer perfect.

Aethion said:

> “Yes… you were right, Elariah. I am your whole Omniverse. Nothing will ever happen to it—because protecting it means protecting myself.”

Tears fell from Aethion’s eyes—three drops hit the ground.
Suddenly, three Aethion clones were born.

They said:

> “Yes, my lord. How may we serve you?”

Aethion replied:

> “You should go and make her Omniverse a better place in peace.”

The clones said:

> “Yes, my lord.”

They entered Elariah’s Omniverse.

Aethion said softly:

> “You are always in my heart, Elariah…”

Then he returned to his own Omniverse.

Return to Aethion’s Omniverse

All the gods gathered and greeted Aethion.

Gods:

> “Are you okay, Aethion?”

Aethion:

> “Yes, I’m fine. Are all of you okay?”

Gods:

> “Yes, we are perfectly okay!”

Aethion felt satisfied hearing that.

The gods said:

> “We already know everything. Velthurion told us. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of this Omniverse.”

Aethion:

> “After hearing such enthusiasm, it wouldn’t be nice to say no. Alright—I’m trusting you all to take care of it.”

The gods cheered with happiness.

The New Order in Outerverse Void 1

Back in Outerverse Void 1, Velthurion and the others surprised Aethion by creating a grand throne.

Velthurion:

> “We built this throne for you.”

Aethion walked up and sat on it. Everyone cheered.

He then announced new rules:

> “If any Omniverse ruler or creator rules unjustly, do not kill them. Instead, banish them. Erase their memories and send them to rebirth—so they might return as better beings. And if you banish an evil ruler, you are allowed to rule their Omniverse. But that is your own choice. Ruling the Omniverse—or not doing it—is your choice.”

He turned to Velthurion and said:

> “I’m giving you this responsibility. I trust you to carry it out with full dedication.”

Velthurion:

> “Of course, my lord.”

Aethion smiled:

> “Call me Aethion. You’re my friend, remember?”

Velthurion:

> “Okay, Aethion.”

All the gods cheered and celebrated together.
