Chasing butterflies …….
(A spicy hot romantic and suspense thriller)

The fully naked figure of Vineet which she had seen on that day in the bed room of the guest house was appearing before her mind again and again. Her body at once put on fire and there was a sudden overwhelming desire erupted in her while her mind was involuntarily thinking how wildly he enjoyed her on that day. How desperately she wanted it with Vineet now. In fact he almost killed her with pleasure on that day.
She rolled on her left side and Susmitha was sleeping on the same bed at an arm length distance from her. Sukanya took the nearby unused pillow into her hands and pressed it tightly to her bosom and closed her eyes. After ten minutes or so, Sukanya fall into deep sleep.

“I am fully ready to this experiment. Shall we start?” the enthusiasm in Susmitha made Madan felt happier. He thought it would sure workout in this way.
“Why delay? Better we start before our dear girl’s enthusiasm comes down.” With a satisfying look at Sukanya, Madan said.
Sukanya smiled and nodded her head. “Close the doors. There would be no disturbance to us. No one should enter into this room while this is going on.”
“I have already intimated to all the people in the house what we are upto and said there would be no disturbance to us. No one would come into this room.” Madan said.
“You both too should not talk anything while it is going on. Vineet especially you.” Looking at Vineet she said.
“It is insulting. Why do I talk particularly? I never have seen a person being hypnotized. So I am here.” With a frown Vineet angrily said.
“It is alright my boy don’t get angry.” Madan placed his hand on Vineet’s right shoulder and looked at Sukanya “I am giving word on behalf of Vineet as well. There would be no disturbance whatsoever. We both very well remember the conditions you imposed on for our presence here. Please start.” He said.
“Lay yourself on the bed.” Sukanya said looking at Susmitha.
Susmitha nodded her head and laid herself on the bed. Then she looked questioningly at Sukanya.
“I think you have an idea about hypnotism.” Going near to her Sukanya said.
“Yes. I do. I have heard about it a lot. I am very much interested in it.” The enthusiasm was still going on in the same measure in her.
“Very good. This sure will help us a lot.” She paused for a moment and then said. “You need not do anything in particular. Your organs automatically obey me. Even after my suggesting that there would be no thoughts in your mind, there may be some. Let those thoughts there. Don’t worry. What all you need to do is just listen to me wholeheartedly. Don’t try logic or reason.”
“Alright.” Susmitha nodded her head.
“Now I am going to start.” Sukanya said.
The environment there at once plunged into silence. Madan and Vineet stood nearby to Sukanya and were watching what was going on with lot of interest. Sukanya was appearing new and surprising to both of them.
“Now you are closing your eyes slowly…..slowly….” Sukanya said.
Susmitha did not do anything. She just stared at Sukanya.
“You are listening to me. Your body and mind obey me. Your eyelids are closing. Slowly and slowly… yes. Slowly and slowly they are closing…”
Like curtains in a movie theatre Susmitha’s eyelids were closed.
“You are taking deep breaths. You are breathing deeply.”
Susmitha breathed deeply and exhaled the air.
“Yes like that. Now you are feeling very much relaxed. Your body is relaxed. Your mind is relaxed.” She paused for a moment observing Susmitha. The response in the subject was quite nice.
“Your mind is completely free of thoughts. It is fully empty.”
Susmitha remained silent. It seemed she was already in a trance.
“Now I am going to take you deep and deep into yourself. Into your very soul. Into your very psyche. Away from this material world. Where you can get complete hold on yourself.”
There was no particular response from Susmitha. She just remained silent like that.
“By the time I count five you shall be deep in yourself. So free, so good and so relaxed.”
This time as well Susmitha remained completely silent.
“One…” Sukanya started counting.
There was a frown on the forehead of Susmitha proving that there was response in her.
“Two….” The frown deepened even more.
“You are relaxed. Relaxed you are. You are doing this journey quite freely. Quite happily.”
The frown on Susmitha’s forehead disappeared.
“Three…..” Susmitha paused few seconds before saying “Four.” And then she said “Five.”
Now all of them were seeing the change in Susmitha. She was appearing as if she were in deep sleep. Her breathing was even and there was no movement in her body.
“Now I am going to ask you the questions. You answer the same for me.” Sukanya said.
There was no response from Susmitha. But Sukanya knew that Susmitha was listening and she would answer.
“What have you seen in the tope on that day?” with the small voice and in the same smooth way Sukanya asked her.
There was no answer from Susmitha.
“You are going to answer my question. Your mind obeys me. Tell me what you have seen in the tope at the mango tree on that day?” Sukanya raised her voice a little.
“I have seen Mamatha, the ghost of Mamatha on that day at that mango tree in the tope.” Susmitha’s voice was like that as if it was coming from a faraway place.
“How did you come to know that she was Mamatha?”
“She herself told me that she was Mamatha.”
“From where she has come?”
“From the top of the mango tree.”
The remaining three there were looked into each other’s faces.
“Why are you going to Mamatha’s house?”Sukanya asked her again.
There was no answer from Susmitha.
“Tell me I want an answer from you.” Sukanya increased her voice.
“I don’t know that I am going there. In my knowledge I never did go there.”
Vineet, Madan and Sukanya looked into each other’s faces once again.
“You do believe that Mamatha is in you, don’t you?” Sukanya asked her.
“Yes. Mamatha entered into my body.” Susmitha said. “She is in me.”
“How can you say that Mamatha entered into your body?”
“I have seen while she was entering into me.”
“Is it is just the reason for your believing that Mamatha is in you?”
“No. There is something more. Sometimes I am feeling oddly, behaving oddly and I don’t know why it is so. It is just like someone else is telling me how I have to behave.”
“Are you feeling Mamatha in your body now?”
“No.” Susmitha gave a straight answer.
“Now your mind is going to accept what I say to you. It shall abide by my words. It behaves in the way I say.”
Susmitha remained silent. There was no movement at all in her.
“It is just your imagination that you have seen Mamatha in the tope at that tree and she entered into your body. You have just imagined Mamatha all the time.”
There was no change at all in Susmitha.
“You are coming out of that imagination. Now you do strongly believe that there is no Mamatha in your body. From now on you know everything you do. No one can have control on your body and mind except yourself, after me.”
There were no sounds at all. Madan and Vineet were observing everything with rapt attention.
“There is no Mamatha. Only you are present in your body and no one else. From now on you behave only as per your ideas. You shall behave confidently free from all imaginations, illusions.”
She gave the same suggestions to Susmitha more than three times.
After saying so, Sukanya observed Susmitha keenly for sometime. She appeared as if she accepted whatever Sukanya said upto then.
“Now you are coming out of this trance. Slowly and slowly….” Sukanya said covering Susmitha completely with her gaze.
There was no movement in Susmitha.
“Now I shall count another five. By the time I reach number five, you shall come out of this trance.”
There was no change in the subject.
“One……two……three……..” without moving her eyes from Susmitha, Sukanya said.
There was small stirring in Susmitha.
“Four…… Now you are coming into your full senses and open your eyes……Five” Sukanya said.
Susmitha opened her eyes, looked at them and smiled.
“This simple! It is indeed very good to undergo.” Looking into the three faces there she said. “May I get up now?” she asked.
“Sure. You can.” Observing her keenly Sukanya said.
Then Susmitha sat up on the bed.
“So far in my opinion it did go very well Madan. Susmitha would not feel Mamatha in her body anymore. She is completely free of it.” With an assurance in her eyes Sukanya said.
“Are you that much sure?” there was pleasure and doubt both in the face and voice of Madan.
“Yes. I am ninety nine percent sure of that. In fact it is not first time to me to hypnotise people. Already I said iIn before as well I hypnotized one or two people to make them get rid of their illusions, imaginations. It worked quite nicely. This time too I got hundred percent success in it.” There was happiness in her voice.
“If it is so I am the first person to feel quite happy.” Madan said. “You know very well how much anxiety I am feeling about this.”
“I know and I can understand.” Sukanya smiled.
“This hypnotism issue is so interesting to me. Would you put me as well under hypnosis?” Vineet asked Sukanya.
“But you are not suffering from any psychological disorder.” With a frown Sukanya mocked seriousness.
“Would not you hypnotise people unless they are suffering from psychological disorders?”
“Yes, of course” her charming smile took place on the lips of Sukanya.
“For the first time break that rule and hypnotise me.” Vineet asked her with a smile.
“Sure I shall do.” Sukanya said with a frown. “But what suggestions I have to give to you while you are under hypnosis?”
“What else? Give him suggestion to trot around you all the time like a puppy.” Madan said.
All four of them laughed happily.

Mangaveni and Sukanya were in their room and Sukanya found that her mother was trying to talk something with her. She did not show any interest on that but she knew her mother sure would open her mouth and it happened.
“Morning you have spent lot of time in that girl’s room closing the doors. What happened?”
Sukanya looked into her mother’s face and said “I have hypnotized her and then programmed her mind to come out of her illusion.”
“You hypnotized her? What is this hypnotism?” Mangaveni once again asked her. Her ignorance was genuine.
“Mom. If you don’t know anything about hypnotism you better don’t ask about that. It is something that you cannot understand easily.”
“Alright then. What is that girl’s problem?” there was curiosity in her voice.
“I think we have talked about this in before.” Sukanya uneasily said. She did not like to discuss about Susmitha with her mother. She knew her mother’s was a sadistic nature. She would feel happy on other people’s distress and plight.
“Still I want to know about it a little more clearly.” Her mother was adamant.
