And for more than three decades,
I have lived my life among structures—
not as an engineer alone,
but as a listener, a healer,
and a lifetime student of what buildings whisper.
The Early Foundation
My journey began at CEPT,
where engineering was not taught as a subject—
but as a responsibility.
After graduating,
three years on crowded construction sites
became my classroom.
Those foundations, beams, slabs and columns
taught me more than any textbook ever could.
They taught me:
“A structure fails long before it collapse
it warns first. Through cracks.”
The Chemical Shift
One year in a construction chemical company
changed my vision forever.
I learned the science behind durability,
the chemistry behind protection,
and the art of strengthening what others called weak.
That was the turning point.
I realised something profound:

waterproofing preserves its legacy.”
The Calling
From that day onward,
I chose a path less travelled—
Waterproofing, Crackfilling & Restoration.
