The murderer who killed Philip and his family was Mr. John, who had now become a reputed and wealthy real estate company owner in that city. Mr. Albert and his wife decided that the only way to trap him was by introducing themselves as businesspeople and convincing him to invest.

Before dying, however, he was forced to call out the names of three or four others who had been involved with him in the crimes. The spirit ordered, “Invite them here. If you bring them, I may let you go.”
As a result, his four friends also came to the house. The spirit punished them the same way, torturing them for their past deeds. Finally, she killed them all after a long session of torment.
When everything was over, the couple came out of their room. They were shocked to see the lifeless bodies of all the guilty men lying on the ground. The spirit now had a faint smile on her face, as though her soul had finally found peace.
She turned to the couple and said, “Because of you, I was able to take my revenge. Now, this house belongs to you. We also had an old ornaments store hidden beneath the dining area inside a secret room. You can find it there. All the ornaments and jewelry are now yours. Enjoy them and live a happy life.”
After saying this, she vanished.
From then on, the couple began living a normal and healthy life. They became rich and prosperous. After three or four years, they had a daughter—a very cute and beautiful child. In memory of the little girl who once suffered in that house, they named their daughter Philip.
