Article 7 of the universal declaration of the human rights ( udhr) states. All are equal before the law and are entitled with out any discrimination to equal.
DRBR Ambedkar is a father of the Indian constitution.
He is from low caste . He faced many many problems in his life from caste discrimination he was an Indian jurist economist politician and social reformer .
He written indian constitution . For our country. He took time to written the constitution was 2 years 11 months and 8 days . We should not see anyone at caste discrimination, colour, gender language religion, age . All are equal. There is a pledge which we have studied in our school time daily. We should respect our Indian pledge as indian people. Through the pledge we should be behave like friends brother and sister ambedkar fight against for caste discrimination.
There are 6 fundamental rights in the constitution.
1. Right to equality [ article 14-18 ]
2. Right to freedom [ article 19-22 ]
3. Right against exploitation.[article 23-24]
4. Right to freedom of religion.[article25-28]
5. Culture and educational right [ article 29-30]
6. Right to constitutional remedies.[ article 32 ].
We should respect our Indian pledge and constitution.
We can make people everyone equal. Improvement like access to education..

Equality is recognised that as human beings we all have same value.this mean
We all have same rights. We should all receive the same level of respect . And have same access to opportunities
Human beings are equal by the nature in the sense of having an equal obligation to obey the nature law and in the sense of having similar innate duties each other .....
All people are not rich by birth and not rich by death of life.
If we go to our past days
We will see some unequal how world is
There is a family. They members had two children one boy and girl. That guy is studying is studying in private school. and that girl is studying in government school there is a difference between them in studying and low caste people will study outside of the classroom
A working woman and working men at work place a men get 500rs per day and women is getting 350 rs per day . There is a difference between them in earning.
Now a days also at some places there are discrimination among people. We should remove caste discrimination and all members should be equal before the law.

If you are facing a problem with your family members from gender and equality you can keep a case on them by the article of 14-18 in supreme court or high court. Direct the state machinery to take action to protect the violate the right
Even prime minister also equal before the law. He is not treated as a prime minister there he treated as a common people like us
So Guy's all people are equal before the law and in the world. All members should be equal with out any discrimination.among them
