"Silence Full of Thoughts"
This is my first story, and I’m honored to share it with you.
I never imagined I’d write a story yet here it is, born from an event in Ansh’s life he could never have foreseen, one that changed him forever. What was that event? Let’s step into Ansh’s unique and unforgettable journey…

“Late again? Can’t you ever show up early to class?” the professor scolded. “This isn’t your first year of college.”
All eyes drifted to a girl in a blue top long, silky hair framing deep brown eyes and a gentle, round face. Her smile seemed to still time and hush the world.
“Aarvi, please take your seat,” the professor added.
Aarvi glanced around, then at the empty desk beside a new student.
Oh a new student! she thought. This could be fun. With a mischievous grin, she slid into the seat.
She offered him a bright smile, but he remained motionless.
What’s his problem? Aarvi wondered. Most guys chase me for a glance and this one won’t even look my way.
“Hey mister!” Aarvi said. “I’m Aarvi. And you?”
He lifted his gaze. In a quiet voice, he replied, “My name is Ansh.”
Rohit leaned forward and teased, “Aarvi, must you bother everyone?”
“Quiet, please!” the professor thundered. Then, softer: “Class, this is our new student, Ansh.”
A hush fell over the room as everyone studied him deep, thoughtful eyes; slightly tousled hair; a black shirt and blue jeans; and a tall, compelling presence. It felt as though time slowed in his presence.
He’s so calm… so intriguing, Nehal thought.
The professor resumed his lecture, but Aarvi’s thoughts drifted back to Ansh. Hours slipped away unnoticed until the bell rang for break.
By then most students had already headed to the canteen. Aarvi hurried to join her friends Nehal, Rohit, and Jay. It was an unlikely group: Jay, the class topper; Rohit, the last‑bencher; Nehal, effortlessly stylish; and Aarvi, the spark of every gathering.
“Hey, Aarvi that’s Ansh, the new student,” Nehal pointed as they entered.
Aarvi paused. He’s sitting all alone, she realized.
“Let’s go say hi,” Nehal urged.
“Relax you worry too much,” Rohit teased Nehal.
Jay nodded. “He’s new and alone. Let’s welcome him.”
At the far end of the canteen, Ansh sat hunched over his notebook. He snapped it shut as they approached.
Nehal beamed. “Hi! I’m Nehal. Welcome to college. If you need anything, just let us know.”
Rohit laughed. “Yeah she’ll solve all your problems.”
Jay extended his hand. “I’m Jay, and this is Aarvi and Rohit.”
Ansh remained quiet, eyes drifting toward his bag.
Aarvi crossed her arms. “What’s your problem? We’re talking to you, but you won’t even reply. Are you a prince or just shy?”
Ansh looked up and said softly, “It’s not that I just…”
Aarvi leaned forward. “I saw you in lecture today. You seemed… distant.”
He met her gaze. “I was thinking.”
Aarvi smiled. “Well, we’re glad you’re here.”
