Vrisha’s POV
The conference room was packed, filled with the hum of anticipation. The team was buzzing—everyone knew how much this meeting mattered. And then there he was, the CEO of ACL Technologies, the one who held the keys to their future. He exuded a presence that seemed to command the room before he’d even spoken a word.
I couldn’t shake the strange familiarity that had washed over me the moment he walked in. A quick flash of his face had sent a jolt through me—a spark of recognition, though I tried to bury it as quickly as it surfaced.
As I prepared to deliver my presentation, I glanced up and found his gaze fixed firmly on me. His eyes were intense, unyielding, and they didn’t shift away, not even once. It was unnerving, and as much as I wanted to ignore it, I felt my focus fraying. I stumbled over a few words, feeling my cheeks warm as his stare bore into me.
Was it just my imagination, or was he watching me with something more than casual interest?
I took a deep breath, mentally commanding myself to focus. The presentation. The numbers. I could feel his gaze still on me, and every now and then, I glanced up, only to meet those piercing eyes. They made me feel bare, like he could see right through me.
When I finished, there was a polite round of applause, but the only approval that seemed to matter was in his eyes. And though his expression was inscrutable, I could sense a shift, something I couldn’t place.

Dino held her hand a moment longer than necessary, his thumb brushing her knuckles ever so slightly. “Vrisha,” he repeated, as if savoring the sound. Their hands lingered, and for a moment, it felt as though the world around them faded away.
A voice from across the room called his name, snapping them out of the trance-like moment. Dino let her hand slip from his grasp, but his eyes still lingered on her, holding an unspoken promise.
"DINO" She whispered, she was trying to catch up something but she is a person who forgets quickly things which is not so important to her, so she let it go already her mind is not stable
