Love is dangerous with a Stranger

“I did not expect this at all, I just could not!” finding David Carter dead on the bed Stuart said with a horrifying expression in his face. “I have no doubt that he is dead for a good time.”
When Isabella expressed like that Stuart also started feeling uneasily and they both reached to the house of David Carter in no time. But as the doors were not opened however many times they pressed the calling bell, they have to make the doors broken to enter into that house and went straight into his bedroom. There David Carter was lying flat on the bed as if he were sleeping but a little examination of him confirmed Stuart that he was dead for a considerable period of time.
“It is not very much surprising! He suffered heart attack two times. He might have suffered it on the last night also and died.” There was not much shock in her as if she expected it like that.
“I agree with you but it is something Jasmine cannot digest at all.” Sighing heavily Stuart said looking into her face. “I just don’t know how to break this news to her.”
“You don’t worry about it. I break this news to her and take her here. I can control her and you don’t need to worry about it.” after saying that Isabella went away from that place fast.
However much this was not surprising, David Carter’s death like that was really very much shocking to Stuart. He still could remember how they were all talked the day before. No one could guess he would die this suddenly at all. While he was thinking like that, he remembered another person who has to be intimated about that. It was Dr.Peterson. But Dr.Peterson did not come to that place by the time Jasmine came there.

It was just as expected by Stuart when Jasmine saw David Carter like that. She fell on him weeping loudly saying all the time how she could live without him from then on.
“You just don’t know how she behaved when I said this news to her.” Isabella said to Stuart. “It became very difficult to me to control her and take her here.”
Stuart did not say anything to what she has said as if he did not hear it at all. He went near to Jasmine and put his both hands around her.
“You have to understand! If you feel worry about him like this, his soul cannot be peaceful. Don’t you know he always wants your happiness and if you worry like this he cannot bear at all.” He took her into his both hands and was trying to console her but his words have no affect on her.
“We are all just puppets in the hands of fate.” Dr.Peterson said who just arrived into that place. “I very well can remember the conversation we have on that day. He is indeed courageous and brave. He outright denied any physical check-up and be prepared even to death.”
“If he has agreed to that check-up and treatment on that day, he would have been alive on this day.” Stuart said still keeping Jasmine in his hands like that. “Just see what Jasmine has become because of his death.”
“Alright, anyhow there is no use in worrying about the past. If you take Jasmine away for few minutes, I do observe him.”
“What is there to observe Dr.Peterson, he died with a heart attack. He suffered it for two times before and he could not bear it for the third time.” With little irritation in her face Isabella said.
“Still as a doctor I am available here, a little examination of the body is advisable.” Dr.Peterson said. “If Stuart also is thinking just like you, I don’t venture.”
“No Dr.Peterson........” Stuart said “...........you may observe his body if you want. I have no objection to it.” then he took Jasmine away from the bed.
Then Dr.Peterson went near to David Carter’s body and examined him for sometime minutely. Then he came to Stuart with a shocking expression in his face.
“Stuart, I need to have some private talking with you.” Looking into the face of Stuart, he said.
“You can say that here itself.” Stuart also felt surprise on hearing that and said.
“No, it needs to be private for the present. Leave Jasmine to Isabella and come with me.” Moving away from that place Dr.Peterson said.
Then Stuart did just like that.

When they both came into the hall away from Jasmine and Isabella, Stuart asked Dr.Peterson. “Now tell me uncle, what that much private you want to talk with me?” Stuart was feeling curious and irritation at the same time and similar expression was in his face then.
“I am feeling quite confident that David Carter did not die with heart attack.”
“Then with what he has died?” Stuart knitted his brows together. “What do you really want to say?”
“He died because of poisoning. I mean someone cleverly poisoned him to death.”
“What does that blood hell means?” it took some seconds to Stuart to digest what he heard and instantly his face was filled with shock! “You must be mistaken Dr.Peterson. There is no chance that he could be poisoned.”
“I am not talking about chances Stuart I am just talking what I understood. As a doctor I have thirty years of experience and by just looking at the body I can say how the death occurred. I cannot say how it has been administered but David Carter was dead because of poisoning.”
“I know about your experience and skill and I know with how much of respect dad always held you.” With the same shocking expression in his face Stuart said. “I just don’t know.....don’t know what to think and say now.”
“It is a very crucial moment Stuart. If that important decision cannot be taken now, you cannot do anything later on.”
“What is that important decision?” Stuart knitted his brows together.
“Whether to give a police complaint or not. If he has been poisoned to death, it would not have taken place accidentally. Someone has poisoned him purposefully to kill him. If such a good person was murdered by someone, that someone should not escape from the punishment.”
“There is no dearth of enemies to us uncle. Our competitors always do try to damage us in some way or the other. David Carter is indeed a good asset to us and there is no surprise if someone who wants to damage our organisation by removing him from it poisoned him to death.” Suddenly there was an angry expression in the face of Stuart.
“Then without any delay inform the same to police. A post-mortem on the body reveals everything to us.”
“But I just don’t know how to say this to Jasmine. She is already so much devastated seeing her uncle died like that. What would happen to her if she knows that her uncle was murdered by poisoning I cannot know.” Suddenly Stuart’s face was filled with a worrying and fearful expression.
“How she would feel if she comes to know at a future date that her uncle was murdered but that murderer could escape scot-free?” Dr.Peterson looked straight into the face of Stuart with knitted brows. “It needs to be dealt with Stuart. Culprits should not escape the punishment.”
“Alright uncle.” Stuart nodded his head as if he came to a decision on that. “Please stay with Jasmine and send Isabella here. I want to discuss this matter with her before doing anything.”
Then Dr.Peterson moved into the room of David Carter again and after few seconds Isabella came to Stuart.

“I must say that Dr.Peterson lost his mind. I never think David Carter died because of poisoning.” Isabella’s face was with full of irritation.
“You don’t know about Dr.Peterson. He is a very skilled doctor and has vast experience in that profession. If he says that David Carter died because of poisoning, it must be true.” Stuart said with firmness.
“But Stuart, think.” Isabella sighed heavily and said. “Jasmine already in very much distress seeing her uncle died like that. What she would become if we go and say to her that it was not death by heart attack but someone poisoned him to death?”
“I also have that fear. But........” Stuart also sighed before continuing. “.......how can we leave the matter even knowing that he is murdered like that?”
“Then you may better take the decision.” Isabella said with a helpless expression in her face. “I don’t think that I can give any suggestion to you in this regard.”
Stuart started chewing his lower lip and the frowns gathered on his forehead were insinuating that he was seriously thinking. Suddenly the frowns cleared and he said with a determining expression in his face.
“I took the decision Isa. I don’t leave anyone who killed a good person like David Carter. David Carter’s murder will be dealt with in the four corners of law.”

“What, what you are saying?” as soon as Stuart said that smoothly after taking her into his hands, Jasmine freed herself from him with force and yelled.
The reaction in Jasmine was just as expected by Stuart when he broke the news that her uncle was not died because of heart attack but murdered by someone with poisoning.
“There are people who can murder such a good man? What they do get by killing him, by taking him away from me?” suddenly she cupped her face in both of her hands, burst herself into weeping and slumped herself on the floor there.
“I warned you about a situation like this Stuart.” Isabella irritatingly said.
“This is the time you should be brave and courageous!” Stuart also sat beside Jasmine on the floor and took her into his hands once again. “I just don’t want whoever that murderer of your good uncle to escape punishment. I want to give a police complaint and that murderer must be caught. But I don’t want to do anything without letting you know about it.”
“If someone murdered my uncle he must be punished severely Stu.” After few seconds of weeping like that, Jasmine suddenly perched her head up and looked into Stuart’s face. “Yes, he must not escape the punishment. He should be caught as fast as possible and be killed even before my uncle is buried.”
“That certainly happens.” Stuart kissed on her left cheek. “But you must be consoled yourself and become your usual self again.”
“Are you thinking it is that easily possible? After knowing that my uncle was not just dead but murdered by someone?” once again she cupped her face in her hands and burst into weeping.
“Jas....” Isabella sat on the other side of Jasmine and she also put her hands around her. “You need to understand. We all shall see that murderer cannot escape. But you have to become your usual self first. There is no use in your worrying like this.”
“Don’t talk to me anything now. All you people go away from me please.” Without perching her head from her face, Jasmine yelled angrily.
“We all are your friends and we cannot go away leaving you like this.” Isabella said. “You try to understand one thing. Your uncle always wants only your happiness and his soul just cannot tolerate if you worry like this. Atleast for his sake, you should become your usual self and try to be happy.”
“That is what I am also saying from the beginning.” Stuart said.
They both indeed have to put an effort to move Jasmine away from that place.
