The story "FATE" follows a teenager named Raghav, who is waiting for his friend Krunal to go to tuition. Raghav is initially irritated by Krunal's lateness but eventually agrees to go watch a movie instead. They ride to a multiplex on Raghav's bike, and during the trip, they decide to smoke a joint of marijuana they have left. They take turns smoking it in a quiet area before heading to the movie. The boys, while occasionally indulging in smoking, maintain good academic performance and have developed a casual relationship with marijuana, stemming from their curiosity as teenagers.
