Although she is not alone, as her daughter visits regularly, her mental state deteriorates due to the waiting. The story highlights the frustrations of dealing with government inefficiencies and the emotional toll it takes on elderly individuals. As Taksh and Shila plan a trip to Singapore, Gira ben's reaction reflects her feelings of isolation and desperation for her pension.
