In a conversation between Devi, the goddess, and Prabhu, the god, Devi expresses her disappointment in humanity's loss of fundamental values like faith, hope, and kindness. She laments the decline of warm-hearted individuals and the rise of selfishness and cruelty in the world. Prabhu, however, counters her concerns, suggesting that she is focusing too much on negative incidents and that many still hold faith in him and exhibit kindness. To illustrate his point, Prabhu introduces Devi to Raghav, a resilient man who owns a small tea stall. Raghav has endured significant hardships throughout his life, including the loss of his parents and facing a violent communal riot that destroyed his home and family. Despite these tragedies, he has never turned against God and instead continues to work hard and rebuild his life. After losing everything, he remains committed to helping others in his community, demonstrating the enduring spirit of generosity and faith, even in the face of despair. Through Raghav's story, Prabhu hopes to show Devi that goodness and faith still exist in the world.
