बीते साल की छुपी हुई सीखें🍃

आ गया साल का आख़िरी महीना,
साथ में यादों का अनगिन ख़ज़ाना ले आया।
दिसम्बर की ठंड ने छूकर यूँ याद दिलाई,
किसी अपने की कमी फिर दिल में गहरा उतर आया।

पर शुक्रगुज़ार हूँ मैं इस बीते हुए साल की राहों का,
बहुत कुछ छीनकर, बहुत कुछ देकर—
ये मुझे फिर से मज़बूत बनाकर जा रहा है फ़सानों का।
इस मतलबी दुनिया के लोगों से संभलकर रहना—
ये सबक भी चुपके से सिखा के जा रहा है ज़माना।

ठंडी हवा में कुछ अधूरे किस्से फिर महके,
बुझी उम्मीदों में भी हल्की-सी रौशनी बहके।
जो ना मिला—वो दर्द बनकर भी साथ खड़ा रहा,
जो मिल गया—वो एहसास बनकर दिल को थामे रहा।

और जाते-जाते उस साल ने चुपके से इतना सिखा दिया…
कि कैसे टूटकर भी मुस्कुराया जाता है,
और कैसे खोकर भी ख़ुद को पाया जाता है।

ये दिसंबर भी दिल को कुछ यूँ छू गया—
थोड़ा तोड़ गया, थोड़ा जोड़ गया,
और कहीं भीतर… मुझे नया बना गया।

मेरा खोया हुआ शहर…

मेरा वो शहर—
जहाँ मैंने अपनी थकी हुई रूह को
पहली बार चैन से बसाया था,
जहाँ हर गली मेरे सपनों की
धड़कन-सी लगती थी।

पर एक दिन…
क़िस्मत ने हाथ पकड़कर
मुझे वहीं लौटा दिया
जहाँ से मैंने भागकर
नई ज़िंदगी खोजी थी।

आज भी रातों की ख़ामोशी में
वो शहर मेरी पलकों पर
धुंध की तरह उतर आता है—
वही शहर,
जिसे मैंने अपने कल की नींव बनाया था।

शहर छूटा…
तो सपने भी मौसम की बदली हवा की तरह
बिखर गए।

और आज भी दिल में
एक अधूरी सी टीस उठती है—
काश…
वो शहर सचमुच मेरा होता।
