Right side means ganesha and siddhi ( siddhivinayak ) are worshipped together...and also it gives a moksha-salvation, but it requires more attention and rituals to follow.
Left side means ganesha and riddhi are worshipped together...they worshipped for general purposes and it also doesn't require as much rituals and attention as right sided ganesha.
