"અનિલભાઈ..લાશની આજુ બાજુના એરિયાને સિલ કરી દો. ફોટોગ્રાફર અને ફોરેન્સિકવાળાને ફોન કરી બોલાવી લો." સિનિયર પો. ઈ. બલરામ જાધવ સાથી પો. સબ ઈ. અનિલ બાલીને સૂચના આપતા હતા. મહાનગર પાલિકાની કચરાની ગાડી શહેરથી લગભગ ૨૦ કી મી દૂર એક ખાડીને કિનારે કચરો નાંખવા જાય છે. અઠવાડિયમાં બે દિવસ એ કચરાનો નિકાલ મહાનગર પાલિકા કરે છે. રોજની જેમ આજે બપોરે ૪ વાગે કચરાની ગાડી કચરો ઠાલવવા ગઈ. કચરાના ઢગલાંથી લગભગ ૨૦૦ મી દૂરથી જ કચરાના ઢગલા પાસે ૪_૫ કૂતરાઓને કશુંક ખાતા ગાડીના ડ્રાઈવરે જોયા.. એને ગાડી ત્યાજ થોભાવી.
