In 1658, in Cleveland, USA, two powerful evil mutants, known as super villains, were captured by the American Police Department. An Australian policeman named Huvean was brought in to handle the case, successfully imprisoning the mutants. While in jail, the mutants attempted to escape but failed due to Huvean's intervention with a special gun. A month later, Huvean's brother, Inspector Charlie Nome, visited Cleveland to investigate a new case related to the mutants. People reported seeing the spirits of the mutants, causing disturbances in their daily lives. One night, Charlie's son, Jameson, heard strange noises and discovered his teddy bears talking. After confronting them, he was attacked by the spirit of one of the mutants, resulting in a serious injury. The next morning, Charlie found Jameson unconscious and bleeding. Alarmed, he called Huvean for help, who quickly flew to America to assist in dealing with the situation. The story builds suspense around the supernatural occurrences and the impending confrontation with the evil spirits.
