ભૂમિકામીરાંબાઈ--- આ મારાં જીવનમાં અલગ રીતે પ્રવેશ્યા.. જયારે હું આઠમા ધોરણમાં પ્રવાસમાં ઉદયપુર, કુંભલગઢ (રાજસ્થાન )માં ગયેલા ત્યારે પેહલીવાર મહારાણા પ્રતાપ વિશે જાણી હું ખુબ પ્રભાવિત થયેલી.હા, મને ત્યારે એવી થયેલ કે જો હું સમયચક્ર પર વિજય મેળવત તો 100% ઇતિહાસ માં મહારાણા પ્રતાપ ને જોવા માંગીશ. એ સમયે મહારાણા પ્રતાપ વિશે જાણતા જાણતા અમે મેડતા પોહ્ચ્યા હતા ત્યાં મારી પ્રથમ ઓળખાણ થયેલ મીરાંબાઈ સાથે.. ત્યારે મારાં માટે મીરાંબાઈ એક લેખક હતા જેમના ઘણા પદ અમારા ભણવામાં આવતા પણ જયારે મેં જાણ્યું કે મીરાંબાઈ પણ સીસોદીયા કુલ ના રાની હતા ત્યારે મારાં માટે એ એક ઝટકો હતો.. શરમજનક વાત હતી
