મહાભિક્ષુકમંદિરની સીડીઓ પર બેઠેલો ભિક્ષુક ધૂળથી ભરાયેલા ચિત્ત સાથે રસ્તાની ધૂળમાં જ સમજાય એવી પરિસ્થિતિમાં હતો. ઘૂંટણ સુધી ઉંચી આવેલા તેના ફાટેલા વસ્ત્રો અને કાળઝાળ ગરમીમાં પણ એની ઉઘાડી છાતી, ક્યારેક લોકોની દયા તો ક્યારેક તેમના અપમાન સહન કરતી. એક હાથ ભિક્ષા માટે લંબાયેલો અને બીજો પેટ ઉપર, જાણે એ ભૂખના દુઃખ સાથે ન્યાય કરવા બેઠો હોય.ત્યાં મંદિરથી થોડી દૂર એક જુનવાણી ઘર હોય છે.તેમાં એક મોટી ઉંમરના વૃદ્ધ દંપતિ રહેતા હતાતેઓ રોજ નિયમિત આ મંદિરે મહાદેવના દર્શન કરવા આવતા એક દિવસ તેમના ઘરે તેમના દીકરા અને વહુ અને તેમનો દીકરાનો દીકરોઅનંત દાદા દાદી ને મળવા ફોરેન થી આવે છે.અનંત
