This encounter makes him nervous, and he admires her from a distance as she waits for her bus. When her bus arrives, he discovers it's the same one he is waiting for, causing his heart to race with excitement. He boards the bus after her and tries to sit nearby, but she occupies a "reserved for women" seat, leaving him just out of reach. Despite his nervousness, he puts on his headphones but hesitates to play music, preferring to enjoy the moment of being close to her.
