Bhairavi sat in a dark room with a candle, casting a faint glow. She gazed at a family photo, her expression unreadable. She stood up from the chair and exited the room, glancing back once before heading towards the living room.
She found her father, Mr. Anil Singhania, the Chief Minister of Mumbai, sitting there. She hugged him, and he patted her shoulder, saying, "So, my little sweetheart is alright. Where's your aunt, uncle, and their son?"
Bhairavi replied, "Oh, they went to a party." Mr. Anil smiled and asked, "Why didn't you go with them? You would have enjoyed it." Bhairavi just nodded.
Anil ji looked at his daughter and asked, "Do you want to tell me something?" Bhairavi said, "Yeah, but first, go and freshen up." Anil ji headed to his room.
Meanwhile, Bhairavi made tea for her and her dad. After preparing the tea, she went to Anil ji's room and handed him a cup. Anil ji smiled and said, "Thanks, my little sweetheart. Now, tell me what's bothering you."
Bhairavi said in a cold voice, "Dad, I want you to resign from the CM position." Anil ji looked at her and asked, "Why do you want that, Bhairavi? You know it's my second priority after your mom's death."
Bhairavi felt her father's anger and held his hand, saying, "I know, Papa, but listen to me calmly. Daksh's son, I mean, bro, should get a chance too. He's your disciple." Anil ji looked at his daughter, wanting to understand her thoughts, but it was impossible. He sighed and said, "Give me some time, and then I'll tell you about my decision."
Bhairavi smirked, but Anil ji didn't notice. She left the room and went to her own room. Looking at the door, she said, "I know, Dad, you'll agree with my statement. But there's a twist, Dad. That is, I know who your real disciple is."
Bhairavi lay down on her bed for a while but eventually drifted off to sleep. The next morning, at 7 am, Bhairavi woke up, freshened herself, and went to her singing room to start her singing practice.
After an hour, a servant came and said, "Sir is calling you, ma'am. He said it's urgent." Bhairavi smirked and said, "Okay, I'm coming." Bhairavi got up and headed to the dining room.
She saw her aunt, uncle, and said, "Good morning, jetha. Where's big bro and jethani?" Shukla ji (her jethani) entered the dining room and said, "Your big bro is busy with some work, but what's up with my devar ji? What does he want to talk about?"
Anil ji came to the dining room, sat in a chair with a cold expression, and said, "Where's Akshar? I want to talk to him about something important." Akshar entered the dining room and said, "What's up, chachu? What do you want to talk about?"
Anil ji said, "First, take a seat, Aksh. Then I'll tell you." Everyone started eating breakfast. Anil ji said, "I'm resigning from the post of Chief Minister and also from politics. The election is coming soon, so I want to see Akshar as the next CM and party head. Do you understand, Akshar?"
Akshar smiled confidently at Anil ji. Daksh ji was happy with this decision. But Shital ji said, "So, devar ji, who will take your responsibility since you won't be working?"
Bhairavi looked at her and said with a smile, "Oh, my cute jethani, don't think about it. I'll take responsibility for my dad." Anil ji looked at his daughter, sighed, and murmured, "Hey Mahadev, please take care of my daughter. I don't know why she's thinking so much about it."
Bhairavi sat alone in the dining room and said, "The game has started, Mr. Daksh Singhania. I want to see who wins this election game."
